- Keep safe of the “Warranty Card” after the purchase of the product.
- Notify Syarikat Alat-Alat Muzik Weng Lee of any alleged defect immediately upon their discovery with a detailed explanation of the problem.
- Allow Syarikat Alat-Alat Muzik Weng Lee to inspect and provide warranty service which shall be completed within a reasonable time.
Conditions of Warranty
- If during the respective warranty periods from the date of the original purchase, your product is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship, Syarikat Alat-Alat Muzik Weng Lee will repair such defect within a reasonable period of time without charge.
- Syarikat Alat-Alat Muzik Weng Lee is not liable for incidental or consequential losses, damages or expenses, directly or indirectly from the sale, handling or use of its piano or any other related cause.
- Under this warranty, Syarikat Alat-Alat Muzik Weng Lee accepts liability that is limited only to the repair or replacement of the product.
- A copy of invoice or warranty card showing the original purchase must be presented for reference in the event for warranty claims.
This warranty does not apply to failure caused by the followings:
- Failure to provide reasonable, necessary and proper maintenance and/or the repair outlined under Piano Care.
- Damage caused by exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity, which can result in cracks, sticky, checks or discoloration in the finish.
- Abnormal strain, neglect, abuse, modification or accidental damage.
- Destruction caused by termites, borer, rats, cockroaches, moths.
- Routine maintenance works such as tuning, regulation of the action, and voicing.
- Instrument been tuned, repairer or removed by any unauthorized person.
- The serial number has been removed, altered or defaced or the piano itself has been altered in any way from the factory standards.

Our warranty service pledge has always been the same and remains the same today: If a piano is defective we will make it right at no cost to the customer, and with as little inconvenience as possible.
